The Cupping Mastery Certification is an educational training program designed to teach theory, technique, safety, and general best practices in cupping therapy. This course is not a medical program, does not provide medical training, and does not grant medical credentials, licensure, or certification to practice healthcare.
By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Educational Purpose Only
All content within this course—including videos, demonstrations, protocols, downloadable materials, diagrams, and written lessons—is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing within this program should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical education.
2. No Medical Relationship Created
Participation in this course does not create a practitioner–patient relationship between you and the instructor. The instructor is not responsible for assessing, diagnosing, or determining the health status of any individual you choose to treat in your own practice.
3. Practice Within Your Scope
It is your obligation to understand and follow the laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice guidelines in your own region, state, province, or country.
This course does not override or expand your professional scope. If cupping therapy is regulated in your jurisdiction, you must ensure you have appropriate licensure or permission to perform it.
4. Student Responsibility for Client Safety
You are solely responsible for:
• screening clients appropriately
• obtaining informed consent
• maintaining professional hygiene standards
• following contraindications
• practicing with proper technique
• recognizing when to stop a session
• referring clients to medical professionals when needed
The instructor is not liable for injuries, reactions, complications, or adverse events arising from improper use, lack of skill, failure to screen clients, or working outside your scope of practice.
5. Safety, Contraindications & High-Risk Clients
Cupping therapy is not suitable for everyone. This course discusses contraindications and cautions, including but not limited to:
• pregnancy
• cardiovascular disease
• bleeding disorders
• blood-thinning medications
• active infections
• recent surgeries
• varicose veins
• skin conditions
• cancer (unless supervised by an oncologist)
You assume all responsibility for identifying when cupping is appropriate or inappropriate.
6. Hygiene, Infection Control & Wet Cupping
If you choose to practice wet cupping (Hijama) or any technique involving skin opening or blood exposure:
• you MUST follow sterile technique
• you MUST comply with blood-borne pathogen laws
• you MUST use medical-grade gloves, tools & waste disposal
• you MUST be licensed in jurisdictions that require licensing
The instructor is not responsible for infection, contamination, injury, or complications resulting from improper use of tools, lack of sterilization, or misuse of wet cupping techniques.
7. Equipment Safety
Students are responsible for using all equipment—glass cups, fire tools, silicone cups, plastic cups, suction guns, oils, lancets, blades, alcohol, and other materials—safely, appropriately, and within their local legal regulations.
The instructor assumes no responsibility for equipment misuse, fire hazards, burns, spills, or injuries related to tool handling.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary.
Completing the course does not guarantee:
• increased income
• client outcomes
• pain reduction
• aesthetic improvements
• detoxification effects
• business growth
• employment or professional opportunities
This course provides knowledge; application and outcome depend solely on the student.
9. Student Assumes All Risk
By enrolling, you voluntarily assume full responsibility and all risks associated with practicing cupping therapy, including:
• physical injury
• equipment damage
• allergic reactions
• emotional responses
• post-treatment detox symptoms
• marks, bruising, redness
• client dissatisfaction
• professional liability
You agree that the instructor, her affiliates, team, and company are not liable for any harm arising from your participation or your application of the techniques taught.
10. No Liability for Third Parties
The instructor is not responsible for your interaction with clients, patients, or individuals you practice on. You are fully responsible for your conduct, your clinical judgment, and client outcomes.
11. Course Modifications & Updates
The instructor reserves the right to change, modify, update, or remove any part of the course at any time, including lessons, bonuses, videos, downloadable materials, and certification requirements. These changes may occur without prior notice.
12. Certification Limitations
The Certificate of Completion acknowledges that you have completed the educational content of this course. It does not grant you licensure or legal authority to practice cupping where it is regulated.
